Brainstorm Room

Terms of Use

Effective September 30, 2026

By using Brainstorm Room you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Your ideas are yours

You own everything you capture. Private ideas are never shared. When you make an idea public, you give Brainstorm Room a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store and display it in the app so others can read it and build on it. You can end this at any time by making the idea private or deleting it.

Public ideas are, by nature, visible to everyone. Don't publish anything confidential, and understand that others may be inspired by what you share — that is the point of Build on this.

Community Guidelines

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

You can report any public idea (••• › Report) and block any user at any time. We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these guidelines. Accounts that break them may be suspended or removed without notice.

Your account

You're responsible for what you publish. You can delete your account at any time in the app. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

The service

Brainstorm Room is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your ideas safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Brainstorm Room means you accept the updated terms.
